Official Records from the Polk County Clerk

The official records departments will have documents and records according to Florida Statute 28.222. Customers can view and obtain copies from microfilm from 1861 to 1956 within the clerk’s office. Documents that were recorded from 1957 to the current date can be viewed within the clerk office and online.
