Sex life changes could be a reason he or she is cheating on you
This is typically the first sign many see that alerts he or she that something has changed. If your relationship has become less intimate or sex has become almost non-existent then something could be up. Also if you learn of your partner getting an STD you can be sure he or she has been messing around.
Breaking old habits
Habits are something that is formed over time and when someone is with another person these habits become routine. However, if you notice your significant other has suddenly broken these habits it could be a sign. For example, if you see your significant other dressing nicer for no reason this could be signs of for concern. Are work days becoming longer without he or she telling you in advance of a deadline or other reasons why this would be happening?
Money issues
Money is another flag, although some that cheat do not use credit cards so a trail back to where they have been may be harder to spot. However, if you see charges on credit cards or see larger amounts of withdraws from your bank this could be an issue.
Fighting for no real reason
Fighting for no reason at all or fighting over things that were once a non-issue could be something to concern about. A lot of times someone that is cheating will start a fight so they have an excuse to leave and be with someone else. There are times that a spouse would even mention an affair or infidelity during a fight.
Leaving the room when a call comes in
Have you noticed that when a call or text comes in your partner leaves the room? while this could be a sign of something is up it doesn’t mean that he or she is cheating on you. However, it is a sign to be aware of this. Watch phone habits when you can. Does your significant other never leave their phone alone, no matter where they go? if so they could be guarding a secret.
Has a parent had an affair?
This may be a hot topic to debate, but studies have shown that when a parent has cheated the children are more likely to repeat family history. Do keep in mind that just because your partner or significant others parent was involved in an affair does not automatically qualify your partner, wife, or husband as someone that is cheating.
Out more often without you
If you two were inseparable and going out was your thing and this just stops it could be because he or she has found someone else to go out with. While this is not a huge deal it definitely is something that could be a sign something has changed in the relationship.
What should you do?
If you have a feeling your getting cheated on and you feel that your partner checks off 5 or more of the above then you might be more worried. Be sure not to jump to any conclusions and be sure to have as many facts in place as possible for confronting he or her with your worries. If you catch your significant other in the act you need to ask yourself if this is the type of relationship you want to be in?
