Rape
The definition of Rape is when someone forces another human to have sex with them against there free will.
Rape is considered to be one of the worst crimes that can be committed against another person. Along with murder, this crime is considered to be just as awful. There are other words that describe the act of sexually assault someone without there consent. These are other terms used: Date rape, statutory rape, sex crimes, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. According to the United States Department of Justice, the definition states that any gender of victim and perpetrator, and not just a man raping a woman. This means that it could also mean that a woman can sexually assault a man. There are cases of this every year within the United States.
Since 1927 the definition has been unchanged and states that force from a man penile penetration of a female vagina would be considered forcible sexual assault. However, the definition now states the penetration is that no matter how slight of any body part including anus, vagina, oral penetration by a sex organ of another person without the persons consist of the victim is rape and a crime.
Rape will have a charge of imprisonment in every state within the United States. In some countries, the charge could even be the death penalty by a handful of countries outside of the United States. Believe it or not, the form of castration is even done within some jurisdictions within the U.S. It can even lead to shorter prison sentences. The most serious of all offenses when speaking about sexual assault is gang rape of a child under 12.
